Invincible Energy is committed to providing a high level of service to their consumers. Your Battery/Solar system comes with the below mentioned warranties.

Panel warranty:

Panel warranty will be provided by the manufacturer. Panels come with a 25-30 year product warranty and 25-30 year linear performance warranty (subject to the panels brand). The performance warranty states that the system should not lose more than 2.5% in the first year and thereon the loss ratio degrades linearly. By the 25th year the loss should be less than 20%. All panel manufacturers (unless specified otherwise) guarantee the solar panels will be working at minimum of 80 percent of their original system efficiency output after 25 years.

Inverter warranty:

Inverter warranty will be provided by manufacturer. Under the 5 or 10 – year warranty (see your order details to establish the period of warranty provided to you) for the inverter, Invincible Energy covers the cost of materials and labour that is required for the replacement or repair of a faulty inverter during the agreed period, beginning on installation date. If the inverter is replaced, the remainder of the warranty entitlement will be transferred to the replacement device.

Battery Warranty:

Battery warranty will be provided by the manufacturer. Batteries come with 10 years of warranty. Invincible Energy will cover the cost of materials and labour that is required for the replacement and/or repair of a faulty battery under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Workmanship Warranty: 

Invincible Energy provides 10-years workmanship warranty which includes defects or damage to the property caused by the installation and will be liable to get those issues fixed. Invincible Energy is also responsible for operation, performance and products of the whole PV system during this warranty period.
